Details
Location: The workshop will be held in Room 04 AD 00 at the University of Surrey. This means Room 4 on the lower ground floor of Block AD. You can see where the building is on this map . Here is the 'official' map of the campus with less squiggles on it.

Travel: - Train to Guildford: PLEASE NOTE: CHANGED TIME - Travel on a Southwest Train from Waterloo Mainline station to Guildford station (which takes 34mins) and then walk to the University (which takes about 15mins). Or alternatively you can catch a bus from across the road at Guildford station to the UniS (costs 75p) and takes 5mins. A group of us will travel together on Thursday (28.04)

Location of Waterloo station: There are many entrances to the station. The main ones are on Waterloo Road, SE1. Take the escalators upstairs to the main hall. (ok, now for a map frenzy!)

Location of Waterloo station by tube: Waterloo station is connected by three main tube lines: the Northern Line (black), the Jubilee Line (Grey) and the Bakerloo Line (Brown).

Train to Guildford: PLEASE NOTE CHANGED TIME. We can meet in Waterloo Mainline Train Station (which is upstairs from the tube) near the ticket office at 07.45 to catch the 08.00 train to arrive in Guildford at 08.33. (The train time was brought forward to ensure we have plenty of time to walk to the UniS and settle in for the 09.15 start). Single tickets cost £8.70 (£16.60 rtn). You can buy them from the ticket machines using cash or card or you can line up at the ticket office.

Drive: If you are wanting to drive to the university here is a street map. Please let me know if this is your intention as I will need to sort out parking.

More information: Just in case you need more info here is:
SW train timetable | the University's travel guide | Transport for London journey planner

Accomodation: The Holiday Inn Guildford has been booked as requested on Thursday 28th April for affiliated faculty, INCITE members and UniS staff. INTEL PAPR researchers are also staying here.

Questions: If you have questions please contact kat.
